My Top Vegan Must Haves
These days, there are so many vegan options! From chips to ice cream, vegans
have tons of choices. It's so incredible that vegan products have become
such a norm, and are
becoming so
more and more often! So, without further ado,
here are my top vegan must haves!
Ben and Jerry's Dairy Free Caramel Almond Brittle Ice Cream

PB2 Powder
So pretty much everyone loves peanut butter, includig myself! But have you ever noticed
that this smooth and creamy treat makes you feel a bit sluggish after you eat it?
Well I have, and even though I love the stuff, it's just not practical for me to eat
all the time. That's why when I discovered PB2 powder, my whole world changed! All you
do
is mix this stuff with water or almond milk, and it creates a smooth peanutbutter! I love
to add this stuff into my oats for that extra protein factor and peanut buttery taste!
Even more
amazing is that this powder is only 45 calories per 2tbsp's, and only 4g of fat compared
to around 200 calories and 16g of fat for regular peanut butter. Seriously,
you need
to try this stuff! http://fitkatbykatrinabowden.com/2017/03/need-talk-peanut-butter-powder/
B-12 Spray
When I first became Vegan, I knew that a B-12 supplement was definitely something
I needed to invest in. So, I went to my local health food store back home in Myrtle Beach, SC,
and found this Garden of Life B-12 spray. B-12 can be taken in many different forms, which include
injections, pills, gummies, and sprays. I was so happy to find this spray, because
all you have to
do is spray it once a day under your tongue! Now, this is the only brand I have
tried, so there may be better out there. But I do love how this one tastes like
cherry!
So, whether you're a new vegan or a long time vegan, a B-12 supplement is somehting
to consider!
